Snow fell in many states from Colorado to Minnesota this week. This extended winter has delayed the growing season in many areas. And some are getting creative with how to deal with Mother Nature.
After cold weather hit their store again, Bomgaars lit grills in the greenhouse to keep the plants from freezing. This creative and quick thinking helped fight off the cold until the warmer weather finally settles in across the country.
So for now, throw on a jacket, fire up the grill and keep counting down the days until summer — which hopefully isn’t that far away.
